Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you are eligible to return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be in the condition you received them: not damaged, not washed, and with all original packaging intact (including any tags if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately at hotline@misinformation.meme. We evaluate such cases individually and strive to resolve them promptly and fairly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will process your refund. We will credit the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of processing the return. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges
Should you prefer to exchange an item, please contact us hotline@misinformation.meme. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
Exchange Processing
To process an exchange, the original item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. The refund for the original item, if applicable, will be processed once we receive the returned item. Please note, if the exchanged item is later returned, a refund will be issued minus any original shipping charges, and it will be credited to the original payment method or a default payment method.
